This superb dry sparkling wine is a blend of 85% Chardonnay grapes and 15% Pinot Noir. The grapes were grown in the cool Adelaide Hills and Eden Valley and the resulting wine is clean and crisp with well defined fruit with overtones of yeast. A fine bead and persistent mousse is complemented by delicate strawberry and citrus flavours with a clean and lingering finish. The palate has hints of berries imparted by the Pinot Noir component.
