Named “Saint Urban” after the patron Saint of vine-growers and vintners, Saint Urban is only made when the vintages are outstanding. Selected from the best barrels, this wine represents the best of the best from our vineyard at Williamstown in the cooler southern Barossa Valley.
The wine has an intense red-purple colour with aromas of spice,dark cherries and camphor leading to a full and mouth filling palate with flavours of chocolate, liquorice and berries.
A beautifully balanced wine, Saint Urban is drinking beautifully now but will continue to develop in the bottle for many years to come.
